Happy Mothers Day....over a week Late!

Well, its over a week late but I wanted to post about Mothers Day! I didn't get to make it back to Omaha to spend the day with my mom, but we celebrated (aka, gave her gifts) a few weeks before! Even though we weren't all together, I know she knows we were all thinking about her, and luckily we were all togehter for Easter not too long ago (see previous post).  Happy Mothers Day (Belated) Mom!

Brett and I actually spent Mother's Day in Beatrice with his entire family (including all his grandparents - Vern, Marge, Howard and Toody)! Brett's mom had the fantastic idea of getting the family together before Matthew and Allison left for Argentina for the summer since they are going away at the begining of June for a Missions trip.  The weekend was so much fun, with beautiful weather.  We had a nice time with the family and spending Mothers Day with Patti on Sunday! It was a good relaxing weekend spent around the fire pit talking and catching up on life! Below are a few pictures from the weekend!
